Presented in a casing manufactured entirely from sapphire crystal, the ArtyA Curvy Purity Tourbillon is a horological fantasy on the wrist, and a technical triumph for this independent watchmaking company. Stunning in its construction and arrangement, the watch provides an entirely unobstructed view of its mechanical components from every angle, promising endless fascination for its wearer. Featuring a Manufacture flying tourbillon movement, specifically designed for its tonneau-shaped casing, this extraordinary model is strictly limited to only 13 pieces.

Sized at 38.5mm with a length of 43mm, the casing of the Artya Curvy Purity Tourbillon watch is crafted from sapphire crystal, meticulously machined using cutting edge processes to create its tonneau profile. Entirely transparent, it showcases the intricacy of every component, but with a hardness of 7 on the Mohs scale, the material also has an enduring quality ensuring that its pristine character will endure. The sapphire crown is faceted, giving it a diamond-like quality, and it is located at the upper case enabling the curving profile of the case to remain uninterrupted.

Visually stunning, the calibre is fully exposed on the dial side and its airy architecture gives a wonderful ethereal illusion of elevated, floating components. Comprising of slender concentric bridges, the hours and minutes display is openworked exposing the twin barrels which lie beneath. Fully showcased at the six o’clock the flying Tourbillon is generously proportioned at 17mm, and as it pulses, it provides a running seconds display.

The beautifully balanced architecture of the Manufacture calibre on the dial side is complemented by a reverse side view, where the immaculate finishing of the incredibly intricate darkened bridges can be appreciated. Beating at a frequency of 28’800 vib/h, the manual winding movement derives a 72 hour power reserve from its twin barrels which are mounted in parallel to improve stability and efficiency.

Strictly limited to 13 pieces, the Artya Curvy Purity Tourbillon watch comes presented on a black recycled leather strap secured with a pin buckle.
